TTKidz is a youth programme developed by TABLE TENNIS ENGLAND.

The term TABLE TENNIS ENGLAND or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Terms of Sale

If you have a question or query about any of our products and services please contact us.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed. Tickets are purchased for you own personal use and may not be transferred or resold.

In the event of the cancellation or significant changes to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will only refund the face value of the ticket. We will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise how to request a refund, however, it is the purchasers responsibility to check for any notifications as we can not guarantee we will be able to inform you.

Goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing that they are in original packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to us, we will refund the full cost of the item.

If you are unsure please email or telephone us for delivery advice before placing your order.

Please inform us promptly if items are faulty or damaged on delivery. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.

We reserve the right to refuse entry at anytime to if we believe you to be in breach of any UK laws, trading restrictions, legal orders, any terms of this agreement.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us
